At Who's A Good Dog?, we believe great dogs aren't born, they're built. We don't just teach commands. We develop calm, confident dogs by focusing on the behaviors that matter most: self-control, impulse control, engagement, and real-world reliability. These four foundations create lasting behavioral change and help solve many of the common challenges dog owners face, including pulling on the leash, jumping, rushing through doors, overexcitement, and poor household manners. Our Four Core Foundations Self-Control Teaching your dog to remain calm, patient, and make better decisions in everyday situations. Impulse Control Helping your dog resist distractions, think before reacting, and make better choices. Engagement Building a strong relationship so your dog naturally wants to focus on and work with you. Real-World Reliability Training that extends beyond the home working reliably in parks, cafés, busy streets, and everyday environments. Our very first lesson addresses the root cause of many behavioral issues by introducing clear structure, consistent boundaries, and effective communication. We don't just create obedient dogs, we create balanced, confident companions that owners can take virtually anywhere with confidence. The calm, focused behaviors we develop are often associated with well-trained service dogs, although we do not provide service dog training or certification.
